Shipping policy

1. Order Verification:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be verified via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified after 3 attempts will be automatically cancelled.

2. Delivery Timeframes:
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using premium courier services (e.g., CallCourier, Trax, Leopards).

    Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 business days.

    Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
    (Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, extreme weather, or peak sale seasons).

3. Shipping Charges:

    We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200/- on all orders across Pakistan.

4. Failed Deliveries:
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or customer refusal at the doorstep, the customer may be restricted from utilizing the COD payment method for future orders.
